Zip Tanz & Wellness (“we,” “us”) operates tanning and wellness salons in Ann Arbor and Plymouth, Michigan, and the website https://ziptanzwellness.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

We collect the information you give us when you visit a salon, sign a membership agreement, or contact us, such as your name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and visit and purchase history. Payment cards are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
